345 Flats is a public-private partnership between NewBrook Partners, City of Kent and the Portage County Port Authority. 

The 1.75 acre site is located directly between Downtown Kent and Kent State University and was previously the City of Kent City Hall. The City Hall buildings were demolished and replaced with a 145,000 square foot midrise student housing facility with a 150 car parking structure and amenity spaces including a fitness center, lounge and business center.
