The CIA Housing is a public-private partnership between NewBrook Partners, Cleveland Institute of Art and University Circle Incorporated.
The 0.60 acre site is located on the corner of Euclid Avenue and East 117th Street adjacent to the main academic building
for the CIA. A modern midrise housing facility will be built to house 203 students and will include study lounges on each floor along with a community space, fitness center and centralized laundry facilities on the main floor.
