NewBrook Partners worked in partnership with Kent State University for the development of a new state of the art facility for the Alumni Foundation and Institutional Advancement Office for Kent State University.

 

The building is located at one of the main entrances to campus and is one of the gateways for the university’s expansion connecting the campus to downtown Kent. NewBrook worked in partnership with KSU’s board, president, CFO and key members of their real estate group to design and land plan the 4 acre parcel that NewBrook assembled. Completed in December 2015.
