»  The Langston; Cleveland State University ~ Cleveland, OH

The Langston was a public-private partnership with Cleveland State University to develop 6.8 acres on campus along the north side of Chester Avenue, between East 21st and East 24th streets.

The project is the single largest residential development in Cleveland in more than three decades.  The Langston is a modern lifestyle development comprised of nine buildings with restaurants, shops, green space for outdoor activities and indoor amenities, including a movie theater, media rooms and a cyber café.  New residents will be drawn to the development by the amenities of the University and its proximity to downtown Cleveland.
