The Verge is a redevelopment of a 1960’s era apartment complex.  The existing property will be demolished to make way for a modern purpose building student housing complex for over 400 students.

The 6 acre site is located directly adjacent to Miami University and across the street from the student recreation center.  The existing buildings will be demolished and replaced with a 175,000 square foot student housing facility and a 5,000 square foot clubhouse that will include a fitness center, lounge, study rooms and computer lab.
